A certified commitment

The path undertaken by LTA from a Green perspective has reached meaningful goals, as evidenced by the many quality and sustainability certifications that the company has been awarded.

ISO 9001: the internationally recognized standard for the creation, implementation, and management of the Company Quality Management System.

ISO 14001: it sets the requirements for an environmental management system of a business organization

EMAS: it indicates the compliance of a Company with the provisions of the European Regulation No. 1221/2009. This aims to promote more rational management of the environmental aspects of organizations, not only in compliance with the legal limits but also in the continuous improvement of its performance, the active participation of employees, and the transparency with both institutions and the public.

GRS: The Global Recycle Standard is promoted by Textile Exchange, one of the most important international non-profit organizations for the responsible and sustainable development of the textile sector. This certification recognizes the importance of recycling for the growth of a sustainable production model. The aim is to promote the reduction of resource consumption (virgin raw materials, water, energy) and increase the quality of recycled products.

FSC: the Chain of Custody (CoC) certification guarantees the traceability of materials from FSC-certified forests. The possession of a valid FSC Chain of Custody certification is mandatory to sell a product as certified.
Thanks to this protocol, we can guarantee the provenance of raw materials used in our products and demonstrate our active contribution to responsible forest management in a correct, transparent, and controlled manner.

DETOX: LTA srl recognizes the importance of excluding the possible presence of hazardous chemicals from its production cycle. For this reason, in September 2018, we undersigned the Detox commitment promoted by Greenpeace, thus embarking on an important path of improvement.
We share this commitment with a group of Companies that are part of the Italian Detox Implementation Consortium.
This new path aims at enriching our constant commitment to respect the environment and the health of both workers and consumers through quality products and processing.
